20 weeks left to get fit right

There is only 20 weeks left but I am down to 146 pounds from 158 at the beginning of my journey on January 1st this year 2011. The very beginning of my journey was one year ago on January 1st of 2010 and I was 167 pounds while I am only five foot one inch. This means over all I have lost over 20 pounds now! So my new goal is to make it another three pounds past my original goal instead of 130 it will be 127 pounds. This will mean I will have lost 40 pounds overall when I am all done. According to BMI calculators someone my height should weight no more than 132lbs and no less than 98lbs so 127lbs should be healthy and easily maintained.
This last week I worked out really hard only to find the scales should a gain instead of a loss discouraged even though I knew it was from muscle gain there is no way to be 100 percent sure it is muscle loss. My discouragement came only from weighing myself too often. When you are discouraged temptations are even harder to resist and I gave in to one temptation by eating a big free cookie that was given to me that was not in my plan that day and took up more than 400calories. Once you give in to one temptation it is like opening a dam and you feel like you need to give in to everything because your resistance is broken. I did however stop at the one cookie and not the whole box like I wanted.

That is a total weight loss of 12pounds in 8 weeks of time! Also more than 10 inches lost total in 8 weeks!
